A graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, where he studied law. He has been a member of the Poznań Bar Council since 2010 and has worked as a lawyer since 2013.
He specialises in providing legal services to businesses, particularly in the areas of construction law and public procurement, as well as commercial criminal law. He also represents individuals in criminal and civil cases. He has particular experience in advising public bodies on all aspects of their operations, with a special focus on public procurement law, which he gained whilst advising numerous organisational units of the Polish Armed Forces. He also specialises in advising businesses and on property transactions; examples of cases he has handled include transactions worth tens of millions of zlotys concerning the restructuring by an investment fund of a developer’s liabilities based on the properties it owns, and an airport swap transaction, where he advised the Poznań Aeroclub, as well as providing legal services for the further development of the airport and its infrastructure.
