- Preparation of contractual conditions for the General Contractor and organization of the tender process.
- Performing the function of Contract Engineer, also within the meaning of FIDIC Contract Conditions.
- Acting as an investor’s supervision inspector within the scope of the Construction Law.
- Acting as coordinator of the activities of investor supervision inspectors within the scope specified by the Construction Law.
- Providing comprehensive investment services including representing the Investor before other project participants:
- in technical terms;
- in economic and financial terms;
- in legal terms;
- in terms of control of the quality of the work performed, the progress of the work, the cost of the investment, the terms of the contract and the performance of other contractual obligations of the parties.
- Verification of design documentation.
