He holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Technology and Agriculture in Bydgoszcz. He has over 35 years of professional experience in the implementation of key construction projects throughout Poland, with a total value exceeding one billion PLN. He specialises in the preparation, implementation and management of construction projects, including based on FIDIC Contract Conditions.
Over the course of his career, he has developed comprehensive skills in leading teams of inspectors and performing key roles in the delivery of construction projects, including military investments. His experience includes roles such as Project Engineer, Resident Engineer, Contractor’s Representative and Contract Manager.
He is qualified to design, supervise and carry out structural and civil engineering works without limitation.
