Graduate of Gdansk University of Technology, MBA and Academy of Leadership Psychology and Professional Coaching academy. Engineering project management expert with 30 years of professional experience.
Born in 1969 in Gdańsk, where he graduated from the local Technical University twenty-five years later with a Master of Science in Civil Engineering /MScCEng/. He started work in the construction industry, and in 1998 he obtained the Building Permit to manage and supervise works without limitations in the specialisation of construction, road and bridge construction, as well as hydrotechnical and melioration works.
He gained practice in all phases of development of construction projects from planning and design, through execution and supervision, to settlement and operation, with all participants in the investment process. He has led projects in the road, construction and energy (RES) sectors, also in international teams. He was active in various business areas, from working in local government, managing independent organisational units, running his own business, to managing a listed company.
For more than 14 years, he was involved with a listed construction group, working in the areas of road and engineering construction and renewable energy sources. For over 5 years, he was Vice President of a listed company with a turnover in excess of PLN 1 billion. For 6 years, he sat on the Council of the Polish Economic Chamber of the Road Industry as a representative of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region. In addition to SIDIR, he is also a member of the Polish Chamber of Civil Engineers.
