Since 2014, he has served as chairman of the council of the Warmian-Masurian District Chamber of Civil Engineers, and in June 2022 he was elected president of the Polish Chamber of Civil Engineers.
President of the Management Board of PEKUM appointed since 2005. Graduate of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn.
