Long-standing adjudicator on the List of Experts and Adjudicators of SIDiR. He has over 45 years of experience as an advisor on construction investments. He specialises in the preparation, implementation and conciliation of projects carried out on the basis of FIDIC Conditions of Contract. He has led investments in multicultural teams (contracts in Iraq, Dubai, Poland, Turkey).
Since 2004, he has been a member of the Polish Consulting Engineers and Experts Association (SIDIR), where he serves as: an independent consulting engineer in the field of international tendering and implementation of investments according to FIDIC, the World Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD); and a member of the SIDIR Court.
