Specializes in project and construction contract management, optimization of financial flows in infrastructure projects, public procurement, FIDIC contract conditions, as well as claims management and client relationship strategies. Possesses over 15 years of experience in consulting and delivering infrastructure investments, as well as conducting negotiations with international investors, construction companies, and engineering corporations.
Serves as Vice President of FIDIC (the International Federation of Consulting Engineers), becoming the first Polish national elected to such a high-ranking position within the organization. Actively contributes to the development of international contractual standards and infrastructure cooperation.
Holds a Master’s degree in Management from Harvard University, a degree in Finance and Accounting from Kozminski University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
