A graduate of the J.J. Śniadeckich University of Technology and Agriculture in Bydgoszcz, where he obtained the Master’s degree in Civil Engineering. He has over 20 years of professional experience in the construction industry, specialising in contract and investment management (including as a Contract Engineer) based on FIDIC specifications, as well as risk management, claims management and analysis of changes in the costs of construction works.
He is a registered member of the Association of Consulting Engineers and Surveyors SIDiR. He has a construction licence to design without limitations in the construction and civil engineering specialisation.
During his career, he has successfully implemented numerous high-value projects, including infrastructure and water and sewage investments and modernisation of public facilities. His experience includes the preparation of tender documentation and contract designs in compliance with public procurement law.
