A graduate of the J.J. Śniadecki University of Technology and Agriculture in Bydgoszcz, where he obtained a master’s degree in civil engineering, and postgraduate studies in “Financial Management for Managers and Entrepreneurs” at the Kozminski University in Warsaw. He has over 25 years of professional experience in the construction industry, specializing in contract management, investments (including as a Contract Engineer) based on FIDIC conditions, as well as in risk management, claims, and analysis of changes in construction costs.
He is a registered member of the Association of Consulting Engineers and Surveyors SIDiR. He has a construction licence to design without limitations in the construction and civil engineering specialisation.
During his career, he has successfully implemented numerous high-value projects, including infrastructure and water and sewage investments and modernisation of public facilities. His experience includes the preparation of tender documentation and contract designs in compliance with public procurement law.
